Why MoonDay? What’s with the name?
MOONDAY MEDITATIONS are held on the day of the week that is ruled by the moon. Every day of the week has a celestial ruler and Mondays are ruled by the Moon.
The Moon is a representation of our Souls yearnings and is ever connected to intuition, emotions, and magical qualities. When we gather on this day to meditate we get the assistance of the Moon that gently guides us to strengthen our intuition, adds a homey comfort, fortifies our cells with intention, and provides the gentle light of unconditional love.
In this round of classes we will gather from 8-9pm on the following Mondays and the focus will be on loving ourselves back into wholeness. Each week we will explore simple breathing exercises that regulate the nervous system and awaken the healer within through our loving kindness meditation.
